Is the app out?

It's in final testing on iPhone, with Android to follow. The download buttons on this page go live the moment the store listing does — there's nothing to sign up for in the meantime. Questions until then: hello@fitfindpro.com.

What does "verified trainer" mean?

A human on our team checks every coach: ID, certification documents, two prior-client references, and a verification call. Approved certificates show as badges on the profile, and the Verified badge only appears once all four checks are done. This is the difference between FitFind Pro and an Instagram search.

How much does it cost?

Coaches set their own price, typically AED 120–300 a session in Dubai; packs of 4 and 8 sessions are 5% and 12% off. The platform fee (12%) comes out of the coach's side — never added on top for you. FitFind+ is optional at AED 79 a month: AI coach matching, a weekly meal plan built around your sessions, and your progress story.

Can I train at my own gym?

Yes — most FitFind Pro trainers work as independents and can travel to your gym, your home, or you can meet at their preferred location. You'll see all available options on each trainer's profile.

What if it doesn't work out?

Cancel free until 24 hours before a session; inside 24 hours a late fee of up to 50% can apply, because the coach kept that slot for you. If a coach doesn't show, you're refunded in full the same day — that's the FitFind Guarantee. And every review comes from a real session, so the next pick is an easier one.
